10-30-11:30am chair yoga. A class that is designed for anyone that prefers some support through there practice. 12-1. Beginners Hatha yoga. A perfect class to start of continue your yoga practice, slow paced with strength and felxibilty training! Breathing and relaxation to calm the mind and nervous system. £6 pay as you practice.
Wednesdays at St Petrocs parish hall, Bodmin
6-7pm. Beginners Hatha Yoga.
A perfect class to start or continue your yoga practice, deepen your understanding of the postures and alignment.
Strengthen and stretch tight muscles, release stress and tension from body and mind! Leave feeling revitalised and calmer! £6 pay as you practice.
Thursdays at Cornubia, Par
6-7pm Beginners Hatha Yoga
A slow paced class that holds the postures to stretch and strengthen the muscles, ligaments and tendons, breathing exercises that improve cardiovascular health and relaxation for a calmer mind and nervous system. £6 pay as you practice.
7-8pm Beginners Hatha flow
Learn how to flow through postures with good alignment and breath control, building strength balance and flexibility in the body and calming the mind.
Sunday’s at the Alexander hall, St Blazey
10-11am pure stretch and relax
A chance to stretch out tight muscles, release stress and tension from the body and mind and re set the nervous system, ready for the new week! £6 pay as you practice.
Small group or 1-1 sessions in the comfort of your own home.
